Guy started playing the drums at the age of three while Howard started playing bass at the age of eight.

Disclosure began their musical career in 2012 when they release “Tenderly”/”Flow”. The duo had their first UK hit in October 2012 with “Latch” featuring vocal from Sam Smith, the song peaked at number 11 in the UK Singles chart. The duo released two hit singles “White Noise” and “You And Me”. The song peaked at No. 2 and 10 respectively on UK Charts. Later in 2013 they released their full debut album named “Settle”. The album was successful and was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Dance Album.

After their success of first album, they released second album named “Caracel” featuring vocal from Sam Smith, Lorde, The Weeknd, NAO and Miguel. The album was released on September 25 and was nominated for Best Dance/Electronica Album at the 2016 Grammy Awards.
